Just a question for you all. The last two mornings DS has woken and come into our room at about 6am, only for us to find he is covered in spew. This has happened sometime during the night and he has just slept right through and in it.

Whta could be causing this??? He seems mostly his usual self during the day (more clingy this morning) and eating reasonably normally (only turned down a cup-cake and a bikkie) and didn't eat much for dinner last night.

He has had corned beef for dinner the last 2 nights (but has been fine eating this before).

Any thoughts would be great, as I am somewhat concerned that he may choke on it etc.

TIA

My son, now 12yrs, used to do this. It took us a while to figure out that he wasn't actually sick, and it seemed to happen if we had put him to bed too soon after dinner. We started making sure it was at least an hour or more between dinner and bed and it stopped happening. Completely gross and worrying thing to happen huh

Rowan did this twice when she was about a year old. No idea what caused it - she wasn't off food or anything.

Chances are he's woken up enough to spew and then just rolled over and gone back to sleep.
