Hi Guys, there are a few DIY hand/feet cast kits out there to make 3D sculptures of your baby's hands and feet. Have any of you used these and could recommend/not recommend them?

Casting Creations

Funky Feet & Fiddly Fingers

Baby Hand and Foot Cast

Crazy Castingz

Lil'l Treazurez

Thanks!

I've got a Mothers Choice one sitting here, never used it..
All it consists of is some plaster powder and a tin..
I think really the would all do the same job, although a few would be in a nicer container..
GL!

I've used 2 different ones & I'm pretty sure one of them was that Casting Creations kit. I bought mine at Craft World out at westgate. They were reasonably easy to use & I spray painted them afterwards in a metallic paint & the mounted them in box frames. They look really cool.
Oh & it's much easier to do them when your bubs is quite little & less wriggly than when they are 6 months old or so!

I did a Castings Creations one of bubs' hand last month, turned out beautifully - needs two people to do it though... and take the time to shake any air bubbles out!!!

We also had a casting creations one and it didn't work out    Don't think it was any fault of the kit though, I think we were just crap at doing it!!

crazy castingz kits are really simple to use. A great result if used according to directions! Highly recommend.
