Hey Guys,

I'm sure I was reading on here somewhere a recipe for home-made tortilla/burrito type wraps but can't for the life of me find it again!

Is someone able to help me out? Thanks!

Here you go

They also work well as GF .

Frugal Flour Tortillas

2.5 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp of oil
3/4 cup of warm water

Combine dry ingrediants in a bowl or food processor. add the oil and then gradually add enough warm water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 mins and leave the dough to rest.

Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces and roll eacht o about 20 cm across
Cook them quickly in a very hot oiled pan for 30-60 seconds until they bubble and start to brown turn over and cook the other side. When they are cooked wrap in a damp teatowel to keep them soft .
