Trying to type this while I scoff my face!
Heat oven til 230deg put rack near top of oven. Prepare baking tray. I used non stick paper.
2 cups flour
4 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn salt
Sift the above ingredients into a large bowl.
Add 50gm or 3TB & 1 tspn of oil
Mix until looks crumbly.
Make well in centre, crack egg into it & break up egg a little.
Add rice milk approx 3/4 cup & mix.
Hint, only add in half of milk at start as I did it the other way around & had to add more flour.
Turn out onto floured bench & knead lightly. Pat out to 2-3cm thick.
Use round cookie cutters to make rounds or make squares like G-ma used to
Pop in oven for 10-12mins or til golden brown.
