Sorry it's actually called Blancmange as you can do a white version or a chocolate one but growing up we called it Blamange (or Blumonge as I would call it!)

In winter a nice fruit crumble with custard would go down a treat.

My favourite desserts are chocolate mousses and puddings.
I've a mascarpone and raspberry dessert I make which is easy.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, separated, 1/3 cup caster sugar, 250gm mascarpone and 1/2 cup fresh or defrosted raspberries (you can use any berries you like).

Method: beat egg yolks, add sugar beat add mascrpone and beat until smooth.

In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff fold into mascarpone mixture, add raspberries.

Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.

The other one I make is Jo Seagars - chocolate pots, its 250gm of chocolate, 3 egg yolks, 300 mls cream and liquer and you heat the cream until off the boil then blitz everything in a blender and pour into little cups.
I use espresso ones, I also use whittakkers dark caramel chocolate it makes a lovely gooey dessert.
Jo's recipe uses coffee flavoured liquer, I've used butterscotch schnapps with the caramello chocolate and its yum.
I've also done a kids version with orange essence instead.

Wouldn't mind trying it out with the new ghana peppermint choc.
