I thought I would start a list for us to put our steps/km in...use it to bet your total the day before or as a record for you own use.

12000 for me yesterday. took it off to go out cos i didnt want ppl to see it though. lol. as long as i get 10000 each day i dont really mind bout the numbers too much though

I did 22113 yesterday but wont be doing that much today as we are not going out for long today.
