And how easy was it for her to get a death certificate as well! I remember vividly getting one of those for Jared. The baby had to be inspected and cause of death noted on it. I don't know how she pulled it off

I think this is quite a sad story - she must be quite unwell to have gone to these lengths. Am glad to see some counselling was ordered.

Its really sad that the employee was doing a good deed for what she assumed was a grieving mother. She never will again and woman who could use the break at a tough time miss out.
