NT Scan.. No Nasal Bone Detected

Hi ladies, i had NT scan today Nuchal fold was 2.00mm but could not find Nasal bone, I'm 12 wks 2 days... I'm in my 40's so I knw I hve a higher chance for bubs to have issues... I done bloods today so waiting anxiously for those results.. Has anyone else had NT scan where Nasal Bone could not be detected but everything turned out fine?? I should also mention that my baby was Face down and I've heard it can be harder to see the Nasal Bone when bubs in tht position...
