I read no - good for ttc, but not good for when you are pregnant.

The healtheries site has some excellent info on it, I dont know the address but it is probably just .co.nz. They list all the tes you shouldn't drink in pregnancy or the ones you can have like 1 a day.

I work (or should I say worked) for healtheries - our naturopath said green tea is too stimulating so to avoid it, but generally you are safe with one cup a day of most of the teas. I did post the list somewhere on here once, but you'll find it on the website ....

PS - Healtheries Green Teas are all caffeine free now, but most other brands are not - so if you're avoiding caffeine I would avoid other green teas or check if they say decaf on the pack.
Also - we put a preg warning on all of ours, so just check the pack if in doubt. (I was their food tech til a month ago - so I wrote the packs, thats how I know they all have the warning )
