I've gone and washed a whole heap of cloth nappies- just flats and a whole heap of his towels together to.
The nappies WERE WHITE and now they've got blue patches on them from the 2 blue towels I put in.
Does anyone know how to get these nappies white again??? Oh and some of the yellow face washers have gone greeny/yellow...
I AM SO STUPID!
Pleeeeaase help me. I don't mind about the face washers being different colours, but I want my nappies to be white again. Can I bleach them or is that a bad idea? HELP PLEEEASE!

Bleach might not get it all out. There's a product in the supermarkets here (which should be over there since everything is) called 'Dye Away'. It's in a little box which has two sachets and it is sure to turn anything you put into it white again. Use it outside with heavy duty gloves because the stuff is pretty noxious. It's usually on a shelf near the clothes dyes... Good luck

Either Janola (budget brand is pretty toxic) otherwise Oxalic Acid (some councils give this out to people when the water has made their washing go funny colours. its great stuff)

Hanging the nappies in the sun after they've been soaked and rinsed helps to get stains and stuff out so that might help too.

Haha well after all that- I had waddled out to hang them and all the towels and clothes on the line- then thought oh sh*t, before the nappies, the yellow towel and 2 yellow face washers dry, maybe I should get them in and soak them in Nappisan and wash them again in a few hours.
Well it worked a treat- no more blue marks on the white nappies and I've left the yellow towel and face washers in the nappisan to soak a lil' longer since they still had a little bit of blue through them.
So there you go- Nappisan works a treat.
