Happy Diwali!

I just went to our local dairy to get some butter and they were burning incense for Diwali, yummy!

kiwisj, I visited Singapore about three years ago and Little India was my favourite area -- you are so lucky! I bet the food you're getting this time of year is amazing... Heck, all year round.

(Except for the durians. Bleah.)

Don't talk to me about durians ... there is a 24hr supermarket across the road (and down a bit .. on my way to the train) that sells durians outside on the footpath    NOT FUN when you have MS .. or indeed even when you have got past the MS but still have super-sensitive smell!

(sorry for the threadjack lol)

Wow that is so cool, I have been to little india in Singapore as well and it didn't look like that when I went there.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
