My Dh Brendan got chocolate and a CD (old school of rock) and I made a movie cd on movie maker of the kids when the were younger thru to today. He loved the movie and said it almost brought a tear to his eye (it was a very emotional driven movie) My mum watched it and cried LOL He said that was the best thing someone had done for him, so the kids and I was glad.

Yay Ann, we got DH some yummy chockie biscuits last week so we wrapped that up together and gave it to him this morning. We were gonna do cards but the girls haven't been well and sleeping or grizzling a lot, so I chucked that idea
But everyone is well on the mend now, lots more smiles this afternoon, so we did pancakes for dinner. Yum! Lemon juice, sugar, golden syrup, whipped cream, yoghurt, jam, chocolate chips...all to choose from

DH got sent to the waikato/canterbury game as an early fathers day surprise with his best mate. So he was well chuffed, and he cried a little too - at the game, as sadly, he's a waikato supporter ...

DH got a cooked breakfast in bed bacon, baked beans scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. And the kids made him cards and presents on Saturday (spent three hours making them). He got a wallet (made out of cardboard), a pom pom spider, two spongebobs and lots of sparkly pictures. Plus the kids told him they were his slaves for the day so he didn't have to do anything.
