I have started counting points with WW and over the past few days have noticed I am getting wicked headaches at night. I'm drinking a good amount of water so it can't be from that. I'm thinking it might be fat withdrawal. Anyone else had this??

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Never heard of headaches from fat withdrawl. But could be due to some sort of detox from your body. Esp since your eating very healthy now

do you usually drink anything like coke or eat anything sugary like choccy or stuff like that... which you are not eating now?

Mike gets serious headaches when he goes without coke.. he's been crook over the last few day so hasn't had any.. and is now realising half his problem is he's withdrawing from caffeine.

oh detoxing from sugar and caffeine aint nice, when I was hairdressing I lived on red bull adn coffee I gave them up and OMG I got headaches and the shakes, now I only have 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day and very rarely I would drink anything fizzy.
 Hope the headaches go

Might also be if you're eating a bit of food with artificial sweetner in it? Diet coke, WW products...

There is also a very nasty virus going round (don't know if it is in Palmy) where people are getting very serious and painful headaches.
