I was 109.6kg I am currently 88.8kg. End goal is 70kg (to put me in healthy BMI) current goal is 85.9 as that is what I was before my birthday in mid june

that will be great. we have a tread mill and it makes things so much easier. but remember that whatever you do to lose weight you have to be prepared to do for the rest of your life, because if you stop the weight will come back on.

yip I know. I love the x trainer and dh loves the bike(weirdo lol :P)
So I will be able to keep it up. I think the rasp ketone is to kick start my metabolism :)

That is what I am trying to find out. They say as a precautionary not to as there hasn't been enough testing done. So I am trying to find something that can give me more info.
