I think there's a problem with the actual URL as if you right click on the image and select properties and then paste that address into a separate browser window you get a page cannot be displayed issue.
Maybe it's because it's within your account and you have it set to private or something (sorry I don't use photobucket so I'm not sure how that works)
Yea i'm having issues with mine too - unless i've completely noobed out or something.. are you supposed to be able to see your own ticker in your signature? I spent AGES setting it up and previewing to make sure it looked alright, then it doesnt show for me?
To get the photo next to your ticker you have to set that up on the website your ticker is hosted at.. at least I know this is true for lilypie tickers. It gives you a space where you put the url of the photo you want next to the ticker and it adds it in there for you
