Anybody familiar with what normal and all that? Just rang docs and spoke with nurse (who I've found next to useless before) and as she couldn't interpret the resutls I just asked her to read my numbers so I could find out myself! Unfortunately the one thing is I wasn't able to go on the normal day 2 or 3 as it was the weekend so went first thing day 4... hope that hasn't skewed things too much. Anyways this is what came back:
FSH - 5.6
LH - 2.7
Estradiol - 183

hi angie i'm not that great with stuff like this but i sort of know a bit so.... your FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) levels they are checking to see if you are pre menopausal (sp) the normal is between 3 and 20 between 10 and 20 indicate your ovaries are going to fail and anything over 30 are definate menopause... your levels are spot on i reckon. the LH and estrodile will continue to rise and peek just before ovulation not sure what levels they should be on day 3 or 4 but closer to ovulation they need to be high for ovulation to occur. sorry cant help much more than that.
