Hey there, just posted this in Pregnancy thread, but was hoping that I'd get a few more hits if I posted it here as well:

I last BD'd three weeks ago, and, my period ALWAYS comes on the 3rd/4th of the month and I took a test last night and what do you know... BFP (although VERY faint).

However, I've also had very light bleeding... When I say very light, I mean, enough to be able to get away with just wearing a panty liner.

Also, it's not just your normal menstrual blood, it's more mucousy than anything.

So, for anyone who experienced implantation bleeding/bleeding during early pregnancy, can you tell me what it's like - Does what I'm experiencing ring any bells for you?

To be honest, I'm quietly having a freak out.

I've not been crampy at all (except for this morning, but that was the runs) and I've been experiencing other symptoms such as fatigue, lower back pain and extreme hunger.

Thanks in advance for any help and advice offered

Could just be implant bleeding, could be start of period, I always think just keep taking deep breaths, there isn't much you can do but try and relax. Good luck

Yep I agree - if it's implantation bleeding then you can't change much but just move forward from there.

TBH if you got a bfp even a faint one I'd say you are.

lf it's something you want then congratulations - if not then maybe take a bit of time to consider your options. Talk to friends and also go to your doc for bloods and get some advice there too.

Whatever the scenario big - it must be scary not knowing for sure.

ETA: I hope this didn't sound harsh - I had a bouncing baby on my lap and was trying to stop her hitting the floor while I was typing

We can't really say much atm but I would suggest getting to the doctor and having hcg's done that way they will be able to see how it's rising, could be implantation or could be just a bit of blood from when your peiod is supposed to come as this is common as well.

I hope you get the result you want, good luck hun.
