Topic: help with a middle name pls... Posted: 13 June 2010 at 9:59pm |
We have agreed on a name for our wee girl, which will be Azaria, however I am stuck for a middle name...
I like pretty names but not common names, but nothing too out there either but if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them, have been cross eyed looking at name lists tonight so will continue tomorrow

I also like Azaria Marie.
Which is weird because I don't really like Marie on it's own. It's just the first one that came to my head and I thought - wow that goes really well with Azaria (which is an awesome name by the way!) and then I read down the replies to see that nkap9 had said it as well Strange - things don't normally come to me like that! Lol!

Good luck, We found middle names the hardest! We chose a middle name for Esme on the way to the hospital to be induced. Don't know what we would have done if she had been a boy as we didn't have one to go with our boy name!

We went with grandparent names for middle names. Would you go for a colour - Azure being blue - would you consider Ruby, Jade, Amber or similar for Azaria.

Lily's middle names are after her great gran and an Aunty/her grandma. Although the name Anne (great gran) is a tradition on my side for girl middle names.
I really like C&J's suggestion of Azaria Jade

I'm with Clover on this one.... and whoever else suggested Grace. That is our wee girls middle name Not a name I'd normally like but it just 'goes' really well with some names. Altho Jade is nice also... again, not a name I'd normally like. You could spell it Jayde? Just to be different.
Oooooooh what about Azaria Chanel...... don't know why?? lol just think it sounds nice!

Thanks so much ladies, very lovely names here!
My partner likes Jade also, (I love the different spelling Jayde) so we have a break through haha, usually we don't like each others choice of name.
I was actually looking at Chanel too, Grace I like also but the other half doesn't... its hard trying to pick a name let alone one you can agree on as well. Still have a few months so she wón't be nameless hehe
