we are buying kents family home...we are really really lucky, because kents parents are lending us the outstanding amount we dont make from the sale of this house, and only charge 4% interest per year...sooo yahhh for family
only reason we can afford their house

yeah something like that...lol
although i must admit we have the advantage, as we know that she has to be out of the place she is renting by friday and is moving in with her mum, so wants out quickly as she asked how soon we could settle...so if she puts an offer in...we could be moving by next weekend..which works out great, as the house we are moving too, is being emptied this weekend...

She might be stealing you interior design ideas.
We usually make oyur mind up on the first visit, the second is a more critical look and then I don't go back until we have the keys, so not sure what a fourth visit is all about!
what does the reall estate agent think?
Fingers crossed she stops dithering soon and comes in with a good offer. It's not like there's a lot of choice out there at the moment

the first time she came in was saturday and she asked to see the place, came with a male friend, then on sunday during the open home she came with a female friend...yesterday she came with her son...and today she is coming alone.
The estate agent did say though not to hold our breath as its pretty common if the person comes back more than 3 times, they dont tend to put in an offer...BUT in saying that she was only looking at two houses, ours and 1 other, but she doesnt like the other and only went there once

We looked at this house I think 3 or 4 times before we put in an offer - first time with my parents, second time with DP's parents and third time with DP's grandma (long story but they have a very very close family!!) - so yeah, 3 times. That was in the space of two weeks. We then made our offer, it was accepted, and 2 weeks to the day after that we settled.
So sometimes people do take a few looks, it's such a huge decision that you have to be completely sure. Good luck though!!!
ETA: This was 2 months ago exactly (the day we settled I mean). We ended up buying for $25k under the GV, but it was only $3k under the registered valuation.
