its been frozen in bags? Last time I just used a jug of hot water but I was freezing it straight into the bottle.

As long as the bags have a good seal, just do it the same way, and tip out of the bag and into the bottle when it is completely defrosted.

Body temperature/luke warm is good. Or even at room temperature is also ok.

I put it in a bowl with hot water and it thaws out pretty quickly.

i run it under the hot tap i find the frozen milk keeps making the water cold lol, but yeah just leave it in the bag.
