I got my first AF at 7 weeks, and I stopped expressing at three weeks. So yeah, pretty much exactly four weeks.

But at least getting your AF is peace of mind LOL
I stopped expressing completely a week ago, so now it's just a waiting game.

I got mine back early/mid April so C was nearly 5mo and I was still BF but nowhere near as much - C had been getting bottle top ups from about mid March. So it was probably 4 weeks after I started the bottle top ups thinking about it..

was still having PPB when stopped expressing with #1 at 3 weeks, got my AF at 8 weeks (stopped PPB at 6 weeks).
This time, didn't BF at all, first AF back at 4 weeks, now they're coming every 3 weeks lasting 2 weeks at a time (or 3 if we're talking about the current one )

First AF started last night, so it was probably about 4 weeks after I really cut down on the expressing, and not quite 3 weeks after I completely stopped. They come complete with period pain which sucks
