No None of the dragons picked up the concept. One of the women was interested but they didn't seem to have enough answers for them... I love that programme to!!! Seeing it though makes me think I should get a swiss ball though. And have been thinking about swimming lately. More to the point Aqua Jogging. The boys at work laughed at me when I told them I was going to go, they think its an old granny thing to do... Maybe it is lol, but its not as easy as it looks
we had the swiss ball as the computer chair, but it got really sore on my lower back, so it is now over by the table.
Aqua jogging is good, if you can be bothered then do it! i think it will be too cold here for that though. i have been thinking about pilates, but am not sure that it is something i should start while preg. Preg yoga is good too, if that is the type of thing you are into... i tried last time, but stopped going after i fell asleep during the relaxation time...oops.
ah who am i kidding? i am not going to exercise!
