10 weeks. I thought it was 6 at the time - but was later proved to be further on than I thought. Honestly had no idea I was pregnant.

I got a very faint line at 3 and a half weeks, although I thought I was about 4 and a half weeks. I wnt to the Dr. for bloods because the line was very faint and didn't think it was really a positive line.

I "knew" quite early too but I was afraid I was looking for symptoms that weren't really there and waiting to test.

ditto, although I wasn't at the IL's, I just really didn't want to see another BFN so waited until 4 weeks. Really faint line.

jjands - you knew you were pg when you OV? wow!
I found out at 3w6d with this pg, and about 5weeks with DD (as I had no idea of dates then but I did this time).

Sorry to be like a dog with a bone but... jjands, do you think your GP was calculating time past ovulation rather than from LMP? As at two weeks gestation the egg would have only just been fertilised and perhaps not yet implanted, let alone releasing HCG into your system.

Exactly 4 weeks for me but it was really faint. I ended up going to the docs that day and re-testing on one of theirs to make sure. A line is a line!

I'm guessing it must be being counted from ovulation too...
I was just past 4 weeks when we got our first faint positive.

Yeah I would say it was 2 weeks past Ov, as there would be no way of getting a BFP 2 weeks from your last AF.
With DS I was around 7 weeks.

I was 3w6d going by ov dates, but only 3w3d going by LMP dates. Doctor once again told me not possible going by LMP but hcg tests confirmed it... same thing happened with DS, doctor said too early to get bfp, but I only have 23 day cycles so was 4w when most people would be 3.5w
