and i am procrastinating with going to the doctor!!

It started on wednesday and i woke up feeling like death. I was so tired even though i had gotten a good nights sleep. My back , neck and shoulders hurt, i had NO energy and my head was killing me. I just wanted to curl up and die or sleep all day.

Then on thursday i was still tired and had a bad headache but to add to that my stomach started hurting and i had bad pains and the other thing that comes with that that isnt throwing up that i dont like talking about lol.

This has continued till today and i have had horrible nights sleep for the last 3 nights waking up every few hours.
I dont feel as tired anymore but my head is sore and every now and then i get really bad cramp like pains that last a few minutes and need to go to the loo.

Briahna hasnt caught whatever i have.. yet. But lucky for me my sister has looked after her mostly and now im at my granparents.

Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong with me? I know i should probably go to the doc but im not keen lol.
Melanie.

Food poisioning! or there is a virus going around with exactly the same symptoms both of which unfortanetly you cant take anything for.......... drink small sips frequently of water as the last thing you want on top of that is dehydration............i had the worst food poisioning on boxing day and i wanted to 'put myself out of my misery' :) and the virus i have just gotton over........ both need to work its way out of your system the hard way :) oh and lemonade iceblocks, takes about 3 hard out days and then it will start easing if it doesnt or gets worse then go to the docs and take 2 panadol every 4 hours..........good luck hun and i feel for you....

Yeah we had the horrid virus the week before last. I felt really awful for 3 days and another few days after that before I felt 'right' again.
Hope you're better quickly chick!

Arrgg Viruses suck big time. Try and rest (hard to do with a baby) and small amounts of water and dry food.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
