jake went to daycare for he past two days while I've been out visiting schools. And I love it!!!!! He adored it, walked in started playing and didn't even notice when i left - even after standing there saying "bye bye jake, give mummy a kiss". didn't want to come hom when i pick him up - 8 hours later. And the best part - he slept solidly from 7pm-7am. ( instead of our new wake up time at 5) So am going to try and get him in for one day a week. Good for us both i think. BTW, he spoke wheat I think was his first full sentence, although it could just be my imagination.
"oh sh*t, look at that!"

i'm with you on the daycare thing! i'm working part time now (dammit) and jack has so much fun at daycare he never wants to leave!
he's there 9.30-3.30 and i have to work hard to get a kiss goodbye and quite often he'll run away when it's time to go....
hmmmmmm.....i'm starting to develop a complex

Yay for Stones tickets, but we had already gone off topic before that with the swear word discussion... BTW, the forum doesn't have any 'modesty' software to blank out swear words, but that is my job as one of the moderators, so sorry ladies, if it's over the top it's going to go... That said, one of Maya's first words started with F.....

lol... paris has said a few interesting things, but there were two that floored me, one was "shut up d.i.c.k" screamed at me rather nastily and the other was when she fed her dolly a bottle and looked once finished and said "wholy crap she drunk 200 mls!" was very funny cos she was still little. lol. funny stuff.
