i do that to i use to worry about it but hes healthy thats all that matters. also with the change to warmer weather it might be making them thirsty. my plunket nurse also says that you cant over feed a breast fed baby.
Mine also has a couple of bottles of formula during the day, but I'll still give her booby if she's grizzly and/or thirsty only an hour or so after a feed. She likes the bottle, but still loves booby so I figure it can't hurt to keep offering it to her when she wants to snack or simply for comfort, especially when she tries to lift my top to get to them. Besides, she was a premmie and underweight so I like to think I'm feeding her as much as she wants/needs to make sure she puts on the weight and is fat and happy.
especially when she tries to lift my top to get to them.
haha - that's so cute!
What's even funnier is if she can't get my top up, she will just bury her face in there and start trying to suck through my top! It cracks me up and I start laughing when she does it, and she knows she's doing something funny when she gets a reaction from me, because then she'll look up and me and start laughing too
ETA for typing too fast and missing out words so it didn't make sense....LOL
