   the most horrible experience ever
I had 2 minutes before just droppred Rhiannon off at her carers, was slowing down to come to the stop sign when this car came from no where, around the corner,

he smashed into my drivers door and kept going (this happened outside a police station)....so we now have no car until its fixed....the guy has been found and is in court on friday for it.

I was checked over at the scene and was okya, but ended up at the local hospital at 3pm as i was really sore and my neck was hurting.....so i now have to go to physio, and am on pain meds.

Rhiannon is at the grandparents as everyone is telling me i am going to be very sore tomorrow

I am just so thankful that Rhiannon wasnt in the car

OMG how scary for you, but good thing you are all ok. If the other person pleads not guilty do you have to go to court?? |

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

yeah i think i do if he pleads not guilty, the police said he was well known to them for doing this sort of thing....he is saying that he was at home, and his mother is backing him up....so who knows....
I never got to see who was driving as it happened so quickly....i had to get out of the passenger side as the drivers door is munted....insurance is moving it tomorrow to their assessers and then hopefully get it fixed.

i am still really shaken, it was so scary, but as i said im just so glad Rhiannon wasnt with me

Oh Kaz, how horrible for you Thankfully your injuries weren't TOO serious (still painful none the less) and that Rhiannon wasn't in the car with you at the time. Stupid bugger for doing a hit and run.... he'll go down for that

   Kaz, one word ARNICA....
I was in a car accident a few years ago and got wicked whiplash and even had a bruise from shoulder to hip from the seatbelt and Arnica really helped bring out the bruising and take away the pain

How horrible. I've had whiplash before and the next few days will probably be very uncomfy for you. I would recommend getting a wheat bag if you don't already have one.

Whoa, Kazzle, that's terrible! That someone would just keep going AND lie about it later      Thank goodness you weren't more seriously hurt and that your wee one wasn't in the car!
I second the arnica suggestion. Take care |
