I think I would still eat mcds icecream.  But I did avoid the little stalls where it is made from real cream.

I ate them, I don't see the big deal really. They still have to pass health and safety and food standards so meh I didn't care.

Plus like Jess said, it does wonders for heartburn. Icecream was the only thing I could eat that wouldn't give me wicked heartburn.

My midwife told me not to eat any ice cream from McDonalds or that you get in a cone from a diary etc. She said it is because you can't guarantee they have been kept at a constant temperature and hasn't melted a bit then been refrozen.
I guess it is just one of those things where you make a decision about what you are personally comfortable with doing.

Awww... all this talk of ice cream makes me jealous! I'm dairy intolerant so I guess it doesn't apply to me But it's interesting to note for friends who wonder about these things. I never knew all that about mcds!
