 Topic: I’m having contractions right now!

They started about 7pm and its nearly midnight now, i'm more scared when i should be excited :( i'm trying to breathe out the pain, and so far its working, it looks like i have a long night ahead thou! Did anyone find certain things helped them , esp for a first baby?  Wish me luck, no doubt we will have a new member of the family within the next few day(s) or so :)

Rescue remedy IS your friend. And also just remember each contraction you have is one less you have to go through again
