Topic: Ive been a bit bad today. Posted: 20 May 2006 at 1:45pm |
I bought some coke yesterday for my other half and have drunk half of it already. Its so yummy!!
I then devoured a whole bag of potato chips and a pile of garlic bread which was REALLLLY full of garlic!!
Now I am eating some chocolate I found in the cupboard.
Poor baby is going to wonder what on earth has hit it!!
Does anyone else have these days of BAD FOOD and then think "dear me - not good".

Yeah, I had lots of those days ! LOL But then I was creating too much extra stress for myself by worrying about it, and decided I would just tell myself that it's what my body wants dammit, and just try not to go *way* OTT every single day or anything. Now though just to help my digestion and all that other stuff I've picked up my game a bit, and we only have takeaways for dinner once a week, and buy our lunches once a week.

Since becoming pregnant my appetite for big meals dissappeared, so when we had fish'n'chips last night I'd had enough after 2/3 of a fish piece and 10 or so chips!!! Ahhh... so you'd think I'm being a good girl wouldn't you? But then today, I ate some leftover apple strudel for morning tea, lunch was a big bowl of FRIES!!!, and afternoon tea the same as the morning's. Dodgy eh. I'm just glad I don't like coke!

I'm pleased to say that I had a VERY healthy lunch today...nice piece of chicken, covered in 11 herbs and spices, with some nice potatoes on the side with some potatoe and gravey. Ok well at least the water was the healthy part of my KFC lunch!! *lol*

nu_mummy have you had your baby yet... or maybe are you in hospital having it now? oooh this is exciting!
Today I woke up and had scrambled eggs with bacon, mushrooms and tomato in it. THEN... I was picking at lollies and milo and bikkies all morning. THEN... for lunch I had a cup of soup and more lollies. THEN... I had some small cocktail onions, nutella, bikkies, an orange, licorice, chicken crimpies and cheese and some tim tams with vegemite. THEN.. .afternoon tea I had nutella with bikkies. THEN.. now I've just eaten some 2 minute noodles, honey soy chicken, tomato soup and bread. And to drink I've either had juice, milo or tea.
THATS BAD!!!

I had a very naughty day yesterday. Went to the Dutch shop and brought lots of licorice and ate loads of it - I especially love the salty licorice. hhhhhmmmm makes my mouth water just thinking about eating more of it but luckily I gave the rest of it to my parents on the way home!

I have very naughty days all the time - teh worst one I can remember was having one of those mega meals at MacDonalds for lunch (teh one with 2 burgers, a large coke, chips and a sundae), then eating a whole block of chocolate that afternoon at about 4 before I went home from work and then having fish and chips that ngiht for dinner with hubby - dindt dare tell him what else I had eaten that day I think he would have died laughing!

You'd be surprised at what you can and/or don't want to eat when you're pregnant, Leish!
At this stage with Kiya, I was eating more than normal (like heaps of takeaways ).
At this stage with Josiah, I was eating normal after having eaten more than normal for ages.
Right now I physically can't eat even my normal amount because it just won't fit.

Hmmm - I hope that I don't want to eat takeaways. That would be really hard cos I don't eat takeaways at all pretty much and to all of a sudden crave them would be really hard and would prob do my head in.
I think a good thing to crave would be.... caramel slice Mmmmmmmmmm
