I'm looking for some tips on how to deal with the jetlag.
I'd also be interested in hearing about other peoples experiences as well.

It's not like we can slowly adjust their routine or just keep to their existing one as it'll be a 11 hour time difference. eek!

We're just gonna go with the flow. I'm thinking I'll just give them bottles at night time if they won't settle, perhaps some baby cereal the first few nights if the bottle won't work as I know I wake up hungry when I'm adjusting.

Also it was suggested that I go get some blackout material from Spotlight as well to help with the distinction between day and night.

That's the plan, however I think I might have a bit of a problem in giving up 'control'.

I'm recovering from a cold and DH got up with the girls yesterday morning. I couldn't go back to sleep cos I could hear them grizzling downstairs and I kept wondering if everything was going ok.
You'd think after 10 months I'd be jumping at the chance of staying in bed!

Plus won't they be scared in a strange place with strange people.
After day 2 I'll be sleeping in til 10 and letting the doting rellies do all the feeding & changing
