Jolly Jumper Microwave Sterliser Instructions

I have just brought a Jolly Jumper Microwave Sterliser, but there was no instructions with it, can anyone please tell me how to use it?

The one I have - you put a little bit of water in the bottom (10cm)and place in mircrowave for 2 - 3 minutes.  Good luck :-)
