Do you know anyone who DOESN'T have kids that wants a pedigree cat? Or someone with older kids (11 and up). He's an absolutely gorgeous 4 year old burmese that doesn't get along with other cats or children. Would really suit an older or independent person. We bought him and then introduced the toddler and the husband with a cat allergy and all hasn't been well since then. Desperate to find this gorgeous speyed boy a home.... PM me if you want to know more... also listed on TM

cat shows are restarting for the year...it might pay to contact someone from burmese club and ask them to put notice up at next show etc? or contact Cat Fancy and ask them what they would suggest - they run the cat shows etc - like kennel club for the dogs do
i have a friend who judges but not for burmese otherwise would get her to do it....

good luck - rehousing is hard...and worst case look at SPCA...a burmese will NOT last long there it would be adopted pretty quickly.

Wahoo - thank you all - the cat now has a new home, with a guy with no kiddies to eat. He's a beautiful cat, just not a kiddie cat, unless you were serving them to him in a casserole....
