    Posted: 08 December 2009 at 10:00am
Hi all,

I am nwe here I have low HCG and I am really worried.

My HCG for 4w4d is only 500. Repeat is tomorrow. But with my first child at 5w0d was 3600ish.

Has anyone had levels this low and had a successful outcome? I have had a cold since the day before my BFP and am worried that having a temperature has cause a problem.

Thanks for any help
R

500 at 4w4d is DEFINITELY a great number. At 4w mine was 92 and then at 4w2d was 240 something...and I had twins on board. It's not the number that matters, it's the doubling - your HCG should double every 48-72 hours.

Hi, my numbers were relatively low too. At 3wks5days levels were 42, at 4 weeks 124, 4wks2days 240. Your numbers sound great, good luck

I had about 200 at 4w2d, then 700 at 5w and just over 3000 at 5w4d... like everyone else said, its not the first number that counts, its what the rate of hcg rising is that counts...

And that little dot is now 6 months old, and very much alive and kicking!
