Any one familar with mangawhai heads? Is it like a one dairy town? Or am I going to find shops and a supermarket there?

I'm going there over christmas, but don't know what to expect.

Hi I live 20mins away from Mangawhai, theres kind of two towns, the village and the heads, where the beach is.
Theres a 4 square and petrol station in each town, which are about 5mins apart. I can reccomend the Deli in mangawhai heads for a takeaway lunch, delicious cheese sticks, sandwiches and bread pies, it is very popular. Bennetts chocolate factory is in the village and has an amazing chocolate shop and a good cafe. Both towns have a few other shops to browse through. Have fun hope the weather is like yesterday!
