oh my gosh, iv noticed since breastfeeding they sort of smell milky, but now its getting hotter and im sweating a bit more im sure they smell really strong like milk. I am showering and all that lol so its not like b.o. or bad hygeine. but i can smell them all the time. im not sure if its just me that can smell it or other people can, am i a freak??!!

Don't worry, it's not just you love... I've noticed the same kind of odor with the increase in humidity, regardless of how often I shower.

I was similar last summer - still BF and just seemed really stinky - partly milk and partly just more sweaty. I blamed BF hormones!

I wonder if the hormones also make us particularly sensitive to the smell? I'm pretty sure we don't smell that way to anybody else (except our babies of course!)

heh I can smell milk but no one else has complained ... yet. Unless no one says anything because they expect breast feeding Mum's to smell that way?

OMG that used to drive me NUTS when I was BF. It's hot and humid all the time here and I could always smell milk    Never thought to ask my girlfriends if it was the same for them (in case they said, eww no you stink of milk not us I spose lol) .. but glad to know I wasn't alone!

Haha it bothered me last summer, but i figured thats cos i was new to bf and was leaking everywhere etc. Not the case this time around and i can still smell them

Can't say I've ever smelt it on a BF woman so my guess is it's just your increased sense of smell due to hormones.
