Topic: Mobea Maternity Clothing Posted: 22 April 2010 at 10:55pm |
We are not pregnant at the moment but will be again sometime this year or next (hopefully). I've just seen some Mobea tops and pants for sale and wondered if other people had Mobea clothes and how they found them?
Have admired their clothing on their website but has always been out of our price range. Wondered if it was worth buying them now at this cheap price and saving them for later. Especially as I notice that the Mobea business is for sale on TradeMe.....

I have a mobea merino pencil skirt which I live in - really good quality, very stretchy and comfortable and washes up well in the washing machine. I've finished drying it in the dryer a couple of times too and it hasn't been any worse the wear.
I've heard good things about their pants, but don't have any myself.
Whereabouts have you seen their stuff for sale at a cheaper price?

I have a couple of the cotton skirts - still wear them TBH. They wash well and are comfy - I found the sizing a bit small though - but that might be just me. I reckon its worth it if you're getting a good price.

I have the 3/4 merino pants and have lived in them, they are being worn for a 2nd pregnancy now and they hardly even look worn in, still look as good as the day I got them, I just wash them in the machine with other dark colored clothes. Totally worth their money. Also have a merino top which is really good, great quality, maybe just don't like the style on me so much but that is me and not the tops fault!

I got them from the NZHerald website.
Random. I never knew that the Herald had a shopping part to their website before. only came across it as I was searching for something else.
Have bought the cotton lounge pants and the halter wrap to save for later Would have loved some merino gear but with me not actually being pregnant right now - that seemed a bit much.
Thanks ladies!

I found the tops fitted oddly... never got any bottoms because of the top issue.

that is nice... that might just fit me too... the normal style tops were really big at the top and gaped, weird as I am a E/F cup...
