I woke up this morning and my face has swelled up quite a bit

I am going to see my midwife at 1 but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

It's almost like i have the mumps but i have already had them when i was young.

Oh no, I haven't had this before but I know swelling is common in the last few months. I hope its just a passing thing and that someone else can be more helpful than me! Let us know how you are after you see your midwife.

Hi Linelle,

haven't had that, but for some reason the "ring your midwife if you notice swelling in your face" advice I've been given is sticking in my head!  Good on you for going in - hope it all goes well.
