I am wanting recommendations on nappy bags (where to buy, size etc) as I haven't been able to find any that I like.
Also, I need to get my a into g and get fitted for a maternity bra... any suggestions as to good stores who do fitting (in West Auckland or North Shore)
 THANKS |

With regards to maternity bras, I actually found the bendon outlet store in Westgate really great. The lady was sooooooo helpful and I managed to score 2 bras for $35! Not sure if they do proper fittings, but she got my sizing pretty much spot on.

Bendon outlet store is where I went too.
Nappy bags - didn't use one. The ones I liked cost WAY too much so I was cheap and just used to pile everything into one of those reusable bags (not a supermarket one but a 'nice' one lol)

yep any bendon store will help, i went to the one in Shore City in Takapuna and they fitted me there, they were really helpful. We bought a nappy bag but I honestly wouldnt bother, I just use a big handbag now and that fits all my stuff, nappies wipes, snacks, toys, spare clothes |

To start off with I was just using a backpack- it was GREAT cos carrying the capsule and could just throw the bag over my shoulder to start off with. As he's growing I've got more of a idea of what I want, but we will see Do you have something round home you could use in the mean time??

I have an oi oi bag in black leather - LOVE it, use it every day so consider it worth every $. It looks like a funky handbag but with heaps of room inside and a change mat, bottle holder etc, and pockets on the outside for all my stuff. Holds everything I need for a all day outing with DS plus baby things for DD.
Maternity bras - can't go past hot milk, love their stuff.

Thanks everyone. I might use a bag I already have and then see next year (once my little one has arrived) what kind of bag I really need. Anything to save $$ in the meantime!! |

Oh, and for quick trips I also have a small satchel bag thing, which was just a handbag before hand, I have 2 bibs, 3 nappies and a travel container of wipes in it. Then as I need it (its the one that I use on the back of the pram for walks) I'll throw in sunscreen/sun hat or whatever else we need :)

bendon suck for big boobs!! i am a 14-16 J. try www.avokado.co.nz they are awesome. they have a shop in newmarket and are so helpful. also if you order online and it doesnt fit right you can send it back to exchange size for free. yes they are a bit expensive but its worth it for the better support

I just bought a big handbag! It has a really large opening, a strap that goes over the stroller handles and has a cheap lining that I can wipe down if anything gets on it!

If there is a Hot Gossip Bra Shop around they do free bra fittings and they also sell the HotMilk range. |

I got my nappy bag from Spotlight - $40 and it fitted everything I needed (x2 for twins). I still use it now...it's getting a bit tatty but still does the job. I'm thinking about getting one of the big beach bags from the Warehouse though, and using that instead and doubling it as a handbag, since my one broke |

MamaMore Maternity have the Double Plus Nursing Bra from Bravado which goes from 10D to 24F. You can return what doesn't fit exactly right or exchange for a different size.

nappy bag - spotlight. $10. (think it was on spesh. mightve been $30 full price?)
bra - bendon outlet store. also try looking online for maternity bra/lingerie/clothing stores in NZ and find the ones that have a store. if in Auckland, head over to them since they are more maternity focussed so might have a better idea than bendon?
