I'll tell you what I would have had in there when Rowan was 2 months:
 Nappy cream,
 Chux cloths for wipes
A spray bottle of water for washing
 Nappies (probably about 5)
Bags to dispose of dirty nappies
 A change mat
A second set of trousers and a top in case she leaked through (babylegs are awesome for this)
A flat nappy for changes and to use as a spill cloth or anything else needed
A muslin to use as a spill cloth/shade or anything else need
 A sun hat
 A warm hat
 A cardigan
 Extra socks or booties.
Some sort of toy to keep her entertained
A menstrual pad in case my period returned unexpectedly.
 Hand sanitiser
I also carried a fleece blanket in the pram/car for her.
I won't tell you what I carry in there now I have a toddler and an 8 month old. It would astound you

Mine doubles as a handbag, but in terms of baby stuff, spare nappies, wipes, plastic bags for dirty nappies, small bottle of hand sanitiser, spare onesie/bodysuit, few packets of raisins for my toddler, change mat, dummies, rattle or small toy, and I chuck in a large muslin wrap as well to throw over the pram/capsule if bubs is going to sleep or use to drap over bubs when breastfeeding.

I have a large bag.

I have minimum 2 nappies normally 3 but depends how long will be out. All the nappy changing stuff (wipes, balm, liners (for cloth)) her Kanga (a toy), an old flat nappy for spills, theres a change mat that came with the bag, at least one full change of clothes (bubs loves to poop through the nappies....) and some of those little plastic bags to put the dirty nappies in to take home. (Or dirty clothes etc.

And yes sometimes it looks full to overbursting!!!
I take my handbag separately but I know some ppl incorporate both, with purse cellphone etc.

Nappies (anywhere from 2-10 depending on how long I will be out!), bum cream (sudo cream I mean ) wipes - if the pack is near empty I have a new pack in there ready to go!), a spare change of clothes consisting of a singlet, body suit, socks, aio/stretch and grow, cardy/jumper and a hat. I have a blanket, old nappy for burp cloth, a bib or 2, then my keys, phone, wallet... lol.
Her Plunket book, always carry that round jic.
Also have a plastic bag or 2 jic she needs her clothes changed or to put dirty nappy in if at someone else's house.
 Think that's about it...!
ETA: I have a spear bag ready to go with a towel, another spare change of clothes and her bath time stuff jic we go to MIL house for dinner and she needs a bath.

Mine doubles as my hand bag too. But I have:
2 nappies (I use MCNs), wipes, change mat, nappy cream
2 square cloth nappies for spills, change mat etc
3 of those blue scented nappy plastic bags
1 recyclable bag incase I go shoppin at the Warehouse or need to chuck extra stuff in it
Hand sanitizer, that I've never used!
 1 x toy
 10 pegs to play with
 dummy on a chain
warm hat (which i swap out for sun hat in summer)
DS's water bottle, sometimes my water bottle as well.
 Snacks
In the car I have another bag with a change of clothes and spare nappies and a tin of baby food and a blanket jic.
I feel like I carry so much around, and I never need it. But I know that the day I take it out will be the day I need it!

I carry a bag of spare stuff in my car if I know I'm not going to be that far from it, in my bag I carry wipes, singlet and all-in one, 3x nappies, a muslin hand sanitiser and my breastfeeding cover. If I have both kids I'll have a spare nappy for him and some food

I take a couple of spare bibs, wipes, nappies (usually 10 at a time, this is for 2 babies though!!), cream, spare change of clothes, cloth nappy to put down for nappy changes etc. and a few toys. I also usually take bottles and formula container, just in case. In saying that, when I go out I am usually out for a few hours at a time (easier to do lots at once instead of small trips). If I am out before their tea, I will usually take a jar of food as well, or some snacks.

When Lily was first born I had 10 nappies at all times (jic she kept pooing and pooing ) cream, 3 changes of clothes , her bathtime stuff, 2 blankets, 3 bibs... scented bags, wipes, a hat, mittens, socks, booties, expressed milk in a bottle jic...
I ended up with 2 nappy bags worth of stuff! which didn't include the bath time bag!
Now everything is in my guess handbag which isn't very big, but it's helped me cut all the stuff I never used out!
Managed to cut it down by one month to just one nappy bag! Ya soon realise!

Holy crap, Peanut if you're a bad mum I'm the worst!

This is for 2 at the moment. 1 nappy each or 2 plus crackers if I know I'm going to be longer. Wipes & wet bag.
I also have my wallet, phone & the bag has it's own change pad.
But when Cooper was younger I usually had about 4 MCN's and a change of clothes cause he was a chronic pooher.
Oh I just remembered...for some strange reason I carry the container of curash around with us. I think it's the safest place for it to be & it's stuck in the bottle warmer bit

Yeah see I usually have two bags But I can guarantee, the one time I only take 1/2 nappies per child, both of them will wait until I've put it on and then go #2's, or otherwise they'll piddle all over it before I even get it on.....(I've tried it a few times, can ya tell??) I also usually put it more then one change of clothes, because both girls still spew a little bit, quite often. And I hate going anywhere with babies that smell like spew LOL With the bottles...it means I can go anywhere to feed them, I don't have to come all the way back home, if I'm over the other side of the city (again, I've used it a few times!!). And bibs...I usually carry at least 4 with me at once hehehe
This is for both babies though!!!

When Caden was a baby I had, formula, bottles wipes nappies, a toy, extra clothes, nappy bags, and anything else I thought I may need(cloth nappu, change mat etc)

For Bella, to start with just nappies, wipes extra clothes a toy and then once she started on formula as well, formula and bottles and anything else i thought I may need.
Now, omg all sorts of crap goes in there LOL, but always, nappies, wipes, nappy bags, formula for bella and a bottle, food for both kids and their water bottles. I always forget to bring change of clothes these days

Hmm it depends on where i'm going and what i'm doing.
If it's a short trip to the shops I carry a couple of sposies, wipes, cardie and a dummy. (usually just jammed into my handbag.
If it's a longer trip I carry the above, plus a change of clothes, extra blanket and a bottle etc.

I am another bad mummy, I have a couple of nappies, wipes, sudocream, hand sanitizer, change of clothes, muslim and cloth nappy. sometimes I have to squeese in a change of pants for ds1 encase of accidents. Then wallet keys and phone. I got the smallest bag I could get away with as I was terrible with overpacking ds1's baby bag, it was so heavy it used to tip the buggy going up hills. This time I got one of those little traveler bags from katmandu and it is great. But then Toby is so tiny he is still in nb nappies so we will see once he gets bigger it will proberly be back to the backpack full of stuff.

Hmm, in my nappy bag I have:
1 MCN, a change mat, nappy cream, wipes (which also double as a liner), pants, bodysuit, top, hat, if its cold also a spare jersey or jacket, hand sanitizer, about 4 bibs, muslin wrap (incase I need to wrap him for a sleep), 2 face cloths (for my spilly baby), a flat cloth nappy, a wet bag, spare socks, and a menstrual pad (JIC it comes back).

Its a bit ridiculous really. I probably could leave half of it in the car

   5 MCNs
 Roll of liners
 Wipes
Change of clothes plus a few pairs of socks coz he likes to pee when I'm in the middle of changing him and his socks get wet
2-3 bibs
 Blue scented nappy baglet things
 Swaddle
 Wooly hat/Sunhat
 Menstrual pad JIC
I'll be taking food and a spoon now hes started solids
I have a separate backpack for my toddler that is always packed for preschool or a trip out and that has snacks, waterbottle and a change of clothes.
Theres always a blanket or 3 in the ute. I don't actually take the bag with me when I go places. I have pannier bags on my P&T so I just chuck a nappy in there plus jackets and a blanket when I leave the ute and the nappy bag stays in there. Where we live means abit of a drive when we go anywhere and I fit alot into each trip so I need to be prepared.

Oh yeah and we have toys stored in the ute too mostly for Jake but a couple for Ty but he has a clip-on mobile thing that transfers from his carseat to the buggy and thats enough for him ATM.

AND we have bonjela or clove oil in the bag AT ALL TIMES!
