ok i,m going back to the gym on monday as i need to lose wight i am still carrying my baby wight 2 years on but i,m relly nervours before james i was quite fit and it took me a long time to get that way can someone please just kick my butt and tell me not to be soo silly
Seriously though you will be fine! When funds allow I'm planning on going back. Last time I was at the gym I had abs so yeah I'm pretty much dreading it too!!
I keep putting it off as well... I keep saying this week but still haven't done anything about it soooooo
well done on making that first and normally hardest step.
You sound just like me (& probably most people). But I'm sure once you get into a routine you'll love it & love feeling better and fitter. Best of luck for Monday
