Thanks Deb's, still trying to find my old info, lol. I found the points how you add in pounds, but not sure how you add in kg.

well my friend gave me a copy of the WW new plan so now I can sort out my points.
Just heard that a friends SIL died suddenly, she had twin aged 3, so sad
She was in her 30s & slim & fit. You just never know.

well ive been pretty bad the last fews days so today i was absolutely perfect until one of my flatties came home with crunchie ice cream but i got DH to get me some so he only gave me a little bit. gonna try be real good 2mrw as well and up my water intake. my goal is to break even on monday.

Well I went for my walk last night, & got wet on way home.
DH said to join WW, so will do that this week, it will keep me honest. I am going to buy their meals also.

oky well time I have not been good over winter since I stopped walking & put weight on, so I have changed mine, &went higher than when I started, but have lost 2kgs so feeling better about that.
in am now walking an hour a night about 5ks & eating ww meals for dinner & fruit & veg during the day.
Sop should be down to my first goal 107 soon I hope.

Well have had 2 nights off walking, got another cold, back to back, so will go tonight.
DS1 went to a birthday sleepover last night so I did not get a chance to go last night, but we went for a long walk with the kids during the day so that kinda made up for it.

I have been SUCKY!! gained a couple of kgs and its all in my tummy its yuck, i have been looking for a really good meal replacement drink just cos im on the go and need something i can grab in a hurry, im giving thermotrim a go anyone tried it? anyway I start tomorrow.
My pole fit studio is opening in 2 months and I still haven't shed my weight  *need to get a into g and get focused*

Just noticed I didnt add 0.8 for my weight.
Well I have done about 30 mins exercise everyday since sunday and am completely dairy free as Jake has a lactose problem at the moment. I just cant seem to stop snacking! Think I am going to try and have a green or peppermint tea everytime i want to snack.
The hard part about being a SAHM!
