Hello all, I am new to this forum but am inspired by all your stories and i guess it reiterates to me that it is ok to have bad days....we are only human So my partner and i are from Auckland and have had to move to the Waikato for his work for the next 2 yrs..bummer am missing Auckland bigtime, so i have moved from FA auckland to FA in Hamilton.

Just done my first cycle, brutal egg collection i might add and 2 embryos transferred,. We are not getting funded until March 2011 and my pregnancy test is Monday...feel a bit sick thinking about it.
I have just turned 40 so obviously you get anxious knowing that you don't have time on your side. We have talked about 3 cycles as our max as we are paying until the funded one comes up next year.

OK well hope to hear back from some of you.
Best wishes to all of you undergoing cycles at the moment....

I hope your pregnancy test result is a positive one today skibunny! When I did IVF they recommended not doing home pregnancy tests on the basis that they tested via BT at the earliest time, and hormone levels can still be quite low at that point. Plus, it does your head in if you get a negative

I hope all is well!
