Hehehe well luckily Dad was the one who picked her up, so he was "it" ! And yes, more grateful than you could believe that it happened at home LOL

Erin is such a cutie (yes even if she is covered in poo)...and welldone dad!!! My hubby wont even go near when she had an explosion...and I agree with all that explosions get worse much worse!!
And you will find more often than not that, if they are sitting down the explosion is worse. My most wonderful memory of that is us driving to Wellington, Zaara in her Carseat and BAM!!! I had to use half a packet of wipes..... ...eeeeewwwww

LOL on the raisins... and there's always that one that they didn't eat but rather dropped down their front where it works its way into the nappy... so there are all these rehydrated raisens and that one wrinkled one!

Raisins are at least in the food group range...I remember Sean digging into the wax crayons at daycare when he was just about 2...his nappies for days afterwards were rainbow flakes of all sorts of colours mixed in with the usual smelly solid food poos.

I've said this before... (but as usual will say it again!)
I can tell when Hannah has been painting at daycare as her nappy is full of blue or green or purple poos! Very colourful! (The funniest day was when they painted with glitter paint. Interesting!)

yep Ayja has had more than her fair share of explosions lately as well as many rainbow poos. The thing i hate the most though, is that she likes to eat sand, and i mean.. when she is in the sandpit she burrys her face in the sand and shakes it around - if she's had a really good play inthe sandpit sometimes we will get a nappy the next day that is exclusively sandmainly, and boy does it make her bottom RED.. i feel so mean trying to clean her up without scraping the sand all over her bottom!
Ayja went through a time about a week ago where she would explode a lot.. cos she goes off playing she'd come back and I'd go to change her and she'd been sitting on the wrong side or bouncing around and ewwwwwww .. am very glad that she wears stockings under her pants alot of the time to stay warm at the mo - cos it usually contains it.
And i definately agree that Miss Erin is just loking so gorgeous

Hehe Jax, Andrew used to pee on Nick all the time. He first did it while we were still in the hospital (and since we were only there for 12 hours, it wasn't like he had loads of opportunities). I still stand by what I said yesterday, it was a warm-up, amatuer effort on her behalf...if it's not in the hair, it's not a full poo-splosion! Give her time, I'm sure that there'll be another medal-winning effort soon enough.

Ick
I'm just waiting for the next one really, it's bound to be soon as we are on our own at home during the day, and Dad won't be around to take over LOL
That said she did pee on me after her bath Sunday night, again wrapped up in her towel just as I was about to put her back down on the changetable... I wondered why the bath was leaking and how that was possible, before I realised it wasn't the bath leaking but my baby
