Need help - the little monster has given me the nastiest MS and now I have a splitting headache from all the retching and dehydration. I'm overseas at the mo, and the only drugs I have are nurofen and phenergan - can I take either of these? if I could keep them down, that is.

phenergan will hopefully put me to sleep later on - that's why I'm asking about that one. The problem with being so exhausted during the day is that I'm not sleeping well at night, and BOY, do I need to sleep tonight!

Any help hugely appreciated.

It may be hard, but paracetamol is the only thing to take, I had a bad 2 day migrane and it was hell but it did go away, try drinking plenty of water, easier said than done I know. And eat little and often if you can.
