Topic: oh i am SOOOO sorry ! Posted: 05 January 2008 at 8:09pm |
All afternoon my five (and a HALF) year old has been refusing to look at me, and when she does its with such a look of disdain that I feel two feet tall....
And all because I didnt look before I sat, yep, silly me, I thought the chair was okay to sit on,it looked clean, it looked dry....but upon sitting I was informed that Caitlyns "chipmunks" ( we saw the movie yesterday) were on there and I had just killed poor Alvin, Simon and Theodore.
Let that be a lesson to everyone, always look before you sit, you never know when invisible animated talking chipmunks are on your chair

Hehehe. Fantastic. My four year old has a stable in his bedroom at the moment and yesterday gave his sister and his cousin a horse each (he has 6 horses, 6 ponies and 5 cows - but the cows don't come out cos they are sleeping!!). I just love kids imaginations.
Hope your daughter recovers from the squashing of her chipmonks.

Isn't it great that they have such great imaginations, even though it is fueled by movies, my son is a train most of the time hehe, and yes please look before you sit next time hehe

haha it took a bit of bribing, and theodore will never look the same (personally , i think he looks better) and apparently Alvin and Simon are " very scared of me and my big bottom" , but with a bit of therapy, they should survive
The Chipmunks movie was actually quite well done, i thought whatshisname? from my name is Earl, Jason Lee? was very good as Dave, the one thing that I didnt like was that not once in the movie did they do the theme song ! that was the best part!
probably a bit old still for under 5s, Caitlyn did start to get distracted in some parts

That reminds me of when my mum was working at a Pre-school and she sat on the tiniest tiniest little corner of a little girls star that she had made out of cardboard. The little girl said "GET OFF MY STAR YOU FAT BITCH". Lovely aye..
Not that Caitlin would ever say anything like that to you!

Ha ! caitlyn THINKS she is....I think otherwise.
Stupid chipmunks....they didn't even say thanks for letting us stay
You know what else i did wrong? i gave her the WRONG NAME , yup, according to her highness "God wanted me to be called Sarah mum, and YOU got it wrong and called me Caitlyn instead, so now I have to change my name to Sarah when i go back to school and learn how to write it "
Really...I obviously cant do anything right!
