Are they worth investing in?

I think that's a personal choice - I simply got good quality 100% cotton sheets. If you are going completely organic in other areas, then it would be worth it, but for me, I'd rather have the cash to spend elsewhere.

Not organic, but I just bought DS some bamboo / cotton sheets from the Sleep Store - they only arrived this morning, so I haven't put them on the cot yet - but OMG - they feel SO gorgeous!

There's an organic linen place I'd never heard of until today at the P&C show, not too pricey either. Don't ask me who they were but they're opposite the Moby and Lola & Ben stands if you're going

Thanks weegee, I bought one cot set at the P&C show from Nature's Child. Was that the one you were thinking of? I actually can't remember where they were as there was so much on I totally lost my bearings. The sheet sets were $69 down from their normal retail price of $99.
How much do just normal cotton sheet sets cost in comparison? And how many sets do I need? I suppose I need bassinet sheets as well. This is gonna be pricey.

Normal cot sheet sets are around $20 (average quality is this price, good quality will be this much when on special)
Personally, I used 3 sets of cot sheets - one on the bed, one in the wash, and a spare set for the middle of the night power puke. With the bassinet, I just got fitted bottom sheets and used the top saheet from my cot set, folded in half long ways and put under the mattress so it wrapped around over the top (no draft that way).
