Hi,

I am so excited that we are planning to our own home. It was in June 2017, I got married to Jason, after being in the relationship of three years.

Our plan was to move to our new home immediately after the marriage. And we had searched a lot to find a home which we dreamt of together! After a lingering search, we found one in Scarborough. Then we organized everything to buy the home.

We had a small saving for our home. But, we needed more money and hence we decided to take a mortgage. Within a short period of time, we did everything to get approved for a mortgage and after getting an approval, instantly, we informed the house owner for further formalities.

It was then, Jason's brother-in-law met with an accident. It was dreadful and he got paralyzed. We had to help him and his family. All the expenses comprising the treatment cost were taken care of by Jason. It was not such a small amount!

So, we dropped our plan to buy the home then! Now, it's the second time we are planning for our home. Hopefully, it should come true by the end of this year. And we are in search of brokers providing mortgages at a reasonable rate.

We need your help to choose one. In our search, we came across a mortgage broker providing constructional mortgages in Canada. They provide other mortgages too. We are confused whether to choose the construction mortgage or existing home mortgage!

Someone else bought our dream home in Scarborough. So, we are not sure about finding such a home once again. So, please share your suggestions as soon as possible. And pray for us!

Thanks in advance.

Hello, we are interested in such a question, how to find an egg donor? and in general my husband and I know very little about this and would like that someone helped us. Perhaps someone at this forum understands this issue. We do not know which country to go to, what clinic? Where can I find a donor and make IVF cheaper? I do not hope for an early reply, but I hope I still wait. Maybe someone will find time and help.

Hello, if you do not understand this, then let me tell you all about. Donation of eggs - transfer by a voluntary donor of female sex cells to a married couple for further in vitro fertilization. According to the law, the mother of the child can keep secret the fact of egg donation. Even if the doctors claim that the donor egg is the only chance for pregnancy, it is not easy to decide this. An egg donor is needed in the following cases.
Sexually transmitted diseases in women.
Absence of oocytes resulting from natural menopause, premature ovarian depletion, development of ovarian resistant syndrome, ovarian removal, radio or chemotherapy or as a result of genetic disease (developmental abnormality).
Three or more unsuccessful attempts of IVF in the absence or insufficient response of ovaries to stimulation with hormonal drugs in the program, repeated reception of embryos of poor quality. According to the laws donors can become:
Relatives and friends of future parents.
Anonymous professional donors. In this case, information about the donor is closed, and neither the patient nor the donor has any information about each other.
Before starting the program, the donor must sign a written agreement that the eggs and embryos obtained from them will become the property of the patient. The independent search for a candidate involves some difficulties. It is more expedient to seek help from specialists who will take care of choosing the appropriate option. Potential donors of oocytes undergo rigorous control. It is not every woman who is able to become an egg donor - her requirements are high for her appearance and health. We went to Ukraine in biotexcom on the advice of friends. In addition to choosing a donor from the clinic's database or the number of relatives and friends, it is possible to use eggs from the cryobank. To date, donation of oocytes has been actively developed and used throughout the world. This is one of the most popular procedures for female infertility. The egg donor passes the standard IVF cycle, while the patient takes estradiol and progesterone preparations to prepare the endometrium of the uterus for implantation. The ovaries of the donor are stimulated to produce several oocytes. Eggs are removed by transvaginal puncture, fertilized with the sperm of the patient's husband and cultivated in a laboratory. After three to five days of cultivation, two better-quality embryos are transferred to the patient's uterus. In the past, married couples with severe oocyte or sperm pathologies had only two choices: adoption or childlessness. Today, egg donation, TESA and ICSI provide the third option: the opportunity for a married couple to survive pregnancy and the birth of a child. The program includes the following steps.

1. Synchronization of the menstrual cycles of the donor and recipient with the help of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (dipheline, decapeptil, buserelin) or oral contraceptives.

2. Stimulation of ovulation of the donor of oocytes with the help of gonadotropins (menopur, puregon, gonal-F).

3. Administration of the ovulatory dose of the chorionic gonadotropin to the donor.

4. Preparation of the endometrium of the recipient with preparations of estradiol and progesterone (proginova, utrozhestan).

5. The function of the donor's ovaries, the fertilization of the obtained eggs with the sperm of the husband (donor) and the transfer of embryos to the patient. I hope I helped you, and you thought that you would have to wait a long time for an answer, but no, you were mistaken.
