I took Elevit for the first 13 weeks but then this shocking gag relex kicked in and I havent taken it for the last two weeks or so. I think my eating is fairly balanced, probably not enough vegies but not tooooo bad, is it important I keep taking a preg vitamin all the way through? I have another box of 100 Elevit I was saving for when baby comes and I'm breastfeeding as that seemed like a time I'd need a boost. Do you think I should keep going with the vitamins???
It's totally up to you KiwiKid. If it helps, I always took mine at night coz if I took them in the morning I couldn't keep them down.
