I got it from the health shop, you can get capsules as well, I would let your mw know, as there are other herbal remedies that she may recommend.
Good luck

I got mine from New World too, I couldn't find it at Countdown or Pak'n Save. I would think it would be okay for you to start drinking it but wouldn't hurt to run it past your midwife first!

I got my first lot from New World but then discovered in our weekly shop that Pak'n'Save had it.
I started drinking 2 to 3 cups a day from around 36 weeks and mentioned it to my mw when I had already started drinking it.

Kezza, I'm not sure if it will do anything for you at this stage? RL tea doesn't 'bring on' labour, it just tones the uterus, so is useful to take from about 36 weeks I think, to give it time to take effect. My box is stil in its wrapper (DD born at 36 weeks) so maybe I can use it this time. I hear it tastes horrible tho!

I got mine from the health shop and started taking it at 38 weeks (went 10 days overdue tho). I also had a textbook pregnancy - then had a textbook labour. It doesn't taste too bad, but then I don't mind herbal teas, so I didn't think it was an issue!

I actually ended up loving the taste and miss drinking it!
Just as long as you aren't expecting a lovely pink drink with a raspberry flavour (like I was) because it's green and I'd say tastes very similar to what grass would taste like. I should have thought more about the 'leaf' part of the name!
